Fall Registration after Final In Person Date

Log into
www.eAYSO.org.
-
Click on PARENT button
(in blue).

Under “Sign up a
returning player”, press Click Here
(in blue)
-
Click on player’s name
you wish to register

Verify all information
is correct on next few pages. If not, type in correct information and
continue you have gone through player’s information.

Click on I AGREE at the
bottom of the last page. (If you do not click on I AGREE, your player
will not be registered for the current season.)

After submitting the
form, click on Click Here under the option Print my form or print another
copy.

You should see the
player’s name with a printer icon after it. Click on the icon and a
pop-up screen will appear.

IN THE POP-UP
SCREEN,
click on “Click here to print” and print out 2 copies of the form.

Sign both copies on
page 1 and initial on page 2

Mail the following:
a.
Both signed
copies of the registration form (both pages signed and
initialed)
b.
Copy of the
player's birth certificate

Attention: Registrar
Your child will be placed
on a wait list and will be placed on a team when an opening comes up. You
will be contacted by the region once your child gets placed. We will
collect the payment at this time. After the teams are set, we will let you
know that your child is still on the wait list. This will happen at the
beginning/middle of August.
Emails and phone calls are very heavy at this time of year so be
patient. We will let you know as soon as we can.
If this is your first time registering in eAYSO, click on First Time
and then Parents button (in blue). Input name and phone number on first
page. Then, input email address and create a password on the next page. DO
NOT CLICK ON “I’LL DO THIS LATER.” Click on next and input all required
information designated by a red asterisks (*).
Print and mail forms as instructed in lines 7 through 11 above. |
